MASP brings an opportunity to strengthen the Southeast Michigan Out-of-School Time (OST) ecosystem by facilitating a Career Exploration and Navigation CoP this fall. The CoP will assist OST providers with self-evaluating their organization's readiness (if new to STEM programming) or quality of service (if trying to improve or expand STEM offerings). The Career Exploration and Navigation CoP will equip educators with the skills they need to expose youth to diverse STEM careers. Interested OST providers must work with middle school and high school students during the 2025-2026 school year.

October 20, 2025 – 90 minute session
November 3, 2025 – 90 minute session
November 17, 2025 – 90 minute session
December 1, 2025 – 90 minute session
December 19, 2025 – In-person celebration
