Understanding MiRegistry: What Every Program Administrator Should Know

Program administrators will hear directly from the MiRegistry team about key tools, requirements, and opportunities. Topics include Organization Profiles, Training Sponsor Organizations, child care licensing rules, Career Pathways, and Career Exploration. Engage to Empower: Building Active Learners Through Ask, Listen, and Encourage

This free, interactive training covers quality literature, engaging text discussions, and 5-minute vocabulary routines that can be incorporated into programming right away.
Youth Voice

This workshop guides OST staff in creating meaningful opportunities for young people to share ideas, make choices, and build leadership. With intentional support and scaffolding over time, youth can grow in responsible decision-making and take a more active role in shaping their experiences.
OST Literacy Training – Frontline Staff

Frontline OST staff and leaders will leave this free, interactive literacy training with concrete strategies they can use right away. Participants will learn how to incorporate quality literature, lead engaging text discussions, and use 5-minute vocabulary routines to support youth reading skills.
Reframing Conflict

This workshop introduces a six-step, youth-centered approach to resolving conflicts in youth settings. Participants will explore a nonthreatening problem-solving process that helps reframe conflict as an opportunity for learning, repair, reflection, and growth.
