Group Registration: If registering more than just yourself we recommend having everyone you will be registering to complete the registration excel (including, MiRegistry ID, demographic info and breakout session selections) before to make registration easier for you. If registering more than 10 people, please contact ashley@miafterschool.org with a completed registration form.

Cancellation policy: Full refunds are available if registration is cancelled by 02/13/26.

Demographic collection statement: We are collecting demographic data for event registration to ensure we are reaching a diverse audience and promoting equity in our programming. By understanding the demographics of participants, we can assess whether we are effectively engaging individuals across the state, particularly in underrepresented communities. This data also helps us maintain accountability by tracking our progress in creating inclusive, accessible events that serve the needs of all participants, regardless of background or location. This data will not be traced back to and will be shared in aggregate only.

Use the Group Code:  G-AMAF to receive your discounted group rate of $135.00.   Once the arrival and departure date have been entered, direct your guests to click on special rates and then enter the Group Code in the Group Code Box (make sure to include the G when entering the code).  

All reservations must be accompanied by a first-night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.  The hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of the above methods.

Reservations by attendees must be received on or before January 25, 2026.
